Checking sourcing and Listing info via Daraz Product Tracking?

When we are tracking a Daraz product to check its viability for selling most of us only focus on its daily stock. Which does serve the main goal. But what about sourcing? How you will know that what are your sourcing boundaries? How you will form your launching plan so you can complete over same standards as your competitor?

TRACKING STOCK.

Tracking stock is no more a secret we all know how to do that and how to check if there are selling’s or not. But always track a product for 15 days at least. Daraz normally offer sales campaigns to seller for one week. Better not to overlap your tracking info with that week of seller. Risk of having exaggerated number.

TRACKING PRICES.

Tracking prices will help you to know about the possible lowest price for sourcing. Create the trend of that 15 days of tracking and check the lowest price seller presented during those tracking days. Now calculate your margins over that lowest price. Your sourcing price is that lowest one. If you do the tracking for 30 days, congratulation now you have the most possibly accurate sourcing price. Frequent change in prices means seller is struggling with the listing you better decide wisely to get into this race.

TRACKING SELLER KPIS.

Sellers KPIs? Are they important? Yes seller KPIs are very important to form your war plan. KPIs includes seller’s

POSITIVE FEEDBACK PERCENTAGE.

It will you to know what level of laziness is bearable in the competition. Your positive feedback must not go down to the competitor’s

RATING COUNT:

Rating is important, what more important is how many rating a seller have. Remember Reviews and ratings are different thing.

REVIEWS COUNT:

Review count is also very important. It helps in estimating number of giveaways in general. But recommended is to check competition of each keyword you choose in your listing. Play around keywords not overall reviews of any seller.

QNA COUNT:

One of the most missed point by us, QnA count. Question and Answers helps the buyer to decide. Your QnA must be very well defined. Assemble equal number of QnAs or more from different listings.

LASTEST KPI FROM DARAZ, CHAT RESPONSE RATE:

Chat response rate is quite new inclusion from Daraz but these days daraz taking it very seriously. So better you too start taking it seriously right away.
